I've been having chronic stomach pain for years, especially when bloated. I get it every day. The doctors haven't been much help.

Is this my small intestine, large colon, pancreas or what? The pain gets much worse when I apply quite a bit of pressure to it.

I had a pain right where you are pointing before gall bladder removal. It would feel like something was being twisted, then get twisted tighter and tighter, then after 2-5 hours it would relax...until the next time. An UltraSound showed sludge in my gall bladder. I went to a surgeon who said sludge was just another way to say stones, so he removed my gall bladder and that took care of that pain. That was 6 years ago.

I know this is not really the same as what you are describing, but it was not the location I expected to have gall bladder pain, so thought it was worth mentioning.

sounds to me to be the pancreas but without more info on what happens when you eat, lay down on your back, or how fatty foods make you feel versus exercise or exactly what makes the pain better or worse, it is difficult to render an opinion......
