I agree with pitmom. Try to figure out what things you might need to check out or change to test out whether those are the causes. Since it happened right about the time when you went to stay with your sister, it's likely a change in living conditions that is causing you trouble.
The other thing I would recommend is going to see a dentist about that tooth. Sometimes an infection in a tooth can spread and it certainly could cause some of those symptoms. I know my case was rather rare, but I had an infected tooth (they think for months) and had no pain, but by the time they noticed it, it had become painful, had eaten away at my upper jaw bone, and they were shocked it wasn't affecting my sinuses, etc. If the other things (pillow change, pet hair, humidifier) don't help, I would see a dentist. Just my opinion.
