It takes an incredible amount of time and effort to WRITE A BOOK too. An yet there is so little respect for creativity or scholarship. If you like you may volunteer to help the poor doctors out and give them MORE MONEY and help them by cleaning their offices and help them with low level clerical tasks. You are free to do that and I am free to see the obvious..
