I'm sorry you are having pain AND anxiety about that pain. You have been to your doctor and had testing done. Did you ask about blood clots? Was blood work done? It seems you have been checked out. So if nothing has been found, perhaps you could start doing some gentle exercises for your knees. I've recently had knee replacement surgery. While waiting to have that my doctor gave me some exercises to do that helped the stiffness and pain I was having, at least a little. It was nothing very strenuous, just strengthening the area around the knee. If interested, I think you could find some examples on line or ask your doctor if he approves of anything like this. Also you could start working on the other issue that you know is causing stress on your knees. I wish I could remember what I've read about how much less pressure there is after even a 10 lb weight loss. It's not easy but I think you can do some things to help your knees and maybe that would also ease your anxiety. I certainly hope so. Please stay in touch and let us know how you are doing.
