Whenever on pred be sure to take it as early in the morning to prevent insomnia...pred can cause this if it's not taken early enough in the morning.
Chamomile tea is suppose to help with sleep and it's a great natural anti-inflammatory, I actually have one every morning when I wake up to help with my gut.
Next time you're at a health food store check out what they have for "natural" sleep aid that is non-addictive and 100% toxic free, safe.
For me, I found exercising regularly has entirely helped me with my insomnia problems that I had in the past.
