LOL. He doesn't say to eat any old dirt. He says to take his probiotics pills which contain several helpful soil organisms.

I'm not sure this is what you are eluding to but people in third world countries eat inert things like dirt when they are iron deficient. I think the craving is called Pica. I personally crave the chewing on ice when I am anemic, also Pica.

you can buy clay on-line that has microbes in it. most people do it for the trace minerals. i have heard puratin's pride (?) sells a solid brand on the internet.
did you know your mcdonalds french fries contain clay? (not the same kind as i stated before though).
i am on the makers diet and i do use the primal defense probiotics from time to time (i change up every couple of months). i tolerate them fine. jordan rubin, the author of the maker's diet, strongly believes the homeostatic soil organisims (HSO's as he calls them) were instrumental in his getting well.

Kiera I am not Teddy, but I too take Lisinopril. I take it for High Blood Pressure. Its doesn't have to do with Crohns to my knowlede, I just have high blood pressure and it helps to lower it.
