I've had asthma since I was about 10. When I exercise my body produces something I'm alergic to.
I've used, in the last 25 years, lots of different medicines, and am now on Pulmicort Inhaler & Ventolin.
My asthma improved in the last few years, mainly due to stopping smoking and the Pulmicort.
I never realy had loads of the steroids until about 7 years ago when I gave up the smoking and had 10 or more chest infections in the next two years. It was about 3 years later I started noticing the first signs of Crohns.
and since then I've had a ton of steroids etc... and my asthma had improved greatly (until recently, as I'm back smoking)
Nothing was mentioned by the specialist about any link between Crohns and Asthma.
I'd be interested to hear how this research goes
