Nausea

I had Remicade on Saturday and then came down with a cold same night. I don't have a fever and am still congested. I have been feeling a little nauseous also but no abdominal cramping, sore throat etc. I took a Phenegran and my stomach still hasnt settled down. Can Remicade cause nausea as a side effect? I never had this as a side effect before. I have gotten Pneumonia right after Remicade before and strep throat.  Is there something else that helps with nausea? I take Nexium daily but that hasnt helped at all. I am wondering if something is going on with my upper GI area or if this all related to this cold I have. This nausea is not a common problem for me so it seems a little weird to me too. Thankfully I have been able to keep food down or I would be more concerned, however my appetite is a little off.

I was on Remicade for 3 years and never had nausea.  I was just diagnosed last week with H Pylori, which is a bacteria infection in the lining of my stomach.  I was taking 2 Prevacid a day and then doc switched me to Nexum and still didn't help.  You might have doc test for this since we all have low immune systems and are prone to infections.
