Between the two, your most likely to reject the Remicade because it contains mouse proteins. Not a bad thing, but your body is more likely to detect the mouse protein as an intruder and attack it, causing your body to reject the medication.
My wife was on it for about 7 months and she rejected it. Real bad joint pain was the symptom, easily reversed when she stopped Remicade treatment.
She switched to Humira and she is doing fine with it.
If it was me, I would go with Remicade. It takes a few hours to get, but it works for a large number of people. If or when you develop antibodies, you can move to the next drug, Humira.
The way my wife and I look at it is each of these meds is just another step closer to a cure. All these meds are doing is buying each patient time. I believe two other drugs were released after Humira, and probably more to come.
