Does this mean that the remicade is working?

Each time that I go for a remicade infusion,i feel flu-ish for about three days and then start to feel well- better than i have in a year. Each time, my pain-free periods last longer and longer. Does this mean that this is working?

Everyone's experience on the medications prescribed for this disease is different. With that said, it appears the Remicade is giving some benefit. I know that it has helped me alot.

s-49 if you think remicade is helping and all your tests say ''yes'' go for it'' we are all
different what helps you and makes you feel good ''do it'''good luck

That sounds like me. I have my third remi treatment today. I sleep for about two days and then I feel great. Remi is MY miracle drug. Good luck to you. I am pain free also, yeah!! Now if I could only be symptom free.

I agree....I feel really tired for 2 days after my treatment, then I feel better than ever. I am having my 7th treatment on 6/6

I just had my second Remicade infusion yesterday - I have been so tired in general I sleep all the time - last night I fell asleep around midnight and except for getting out of bed for an hour around noon, I slept until 3:00 p.m.! Is that normal? I am currently healing from a flare.
