Remicade help with insurance infusion co-pays or have high deductibles

I received a newsletter today from Centocor that says the following:

INTRODuCING REMISTART...PATIENT REBATE PROGRAM FOR REMICADE
RemiStart is a rebate program from Centocor that provides financial assistance to eligible people receivning infusions of Remicade. Based upon eligibility, RemiStart can provide a rebate for your medication out-of-pocket costs for the first twelve months. RemiStart offers rebates of up to $400 per infusion. People with high deductible amounts may be eleigible for assistance in excess of $400 per infusion.

Eligibility:
Are beginning or currently using Remicade
Have commercial insurance that covers medication costs for Remicade but your co-payment is greater than $100 per infusion.

One additional thing you should know about Remistart is that you need to register for the program before you get your infusions. Otherwise, they will only reimburse you for any infusions that took place within 2 weeks before your registration. None of the registration materials or the website states this, but reimbursement for my son's first 2 infusions was rejected for this reason.
