2 weeks before next Remicade Infusion

Hi, I am somewhat new to remicade...i've had just two infusions so far and after the 2nd one...I started to feel quite a bit better and even ate some foods I probably shouldn't have. Needless to say, I only could get 2 infusions covered that were closer than 2 months apart, and now that its like 2 weeks til the next infusion, I have been feeling alot worse. So this probably shows me that it is the remicade that is working, and not MTX or entocort so much. I'm hoping that the 3rd infusion might last longer. But my question is how do you all cope the period just before your next remicade infusion? do you increase your dose on some other med like pentasa or pred/entocort? or even resort to a few pain killers to tie you over? just curious...and I'm glad that remicade is working at all.

I had the same problem... kept getting sick with about one week left to go... GI noticed the trend and up'd the Remicade dosage.
