imuran officially not working

Well I thought imuran was going to be my answer. I got great relief of symptoms and was down to 2.5 mg of pred. Then all that went down the toilet!!
Dr thought I was just having troble getting off pred so I went back up to 5mg. Nope that wasn't it so jumped up to 30 mg. Nope that didn't work either.....
I am now strictly drinking ensure and still getting some pain and nausea when I drink that. I am so worn out that I feel like i can barely walk. I am just completely exausted!!

I go to my GI tomorrow and I am not sure where we are going from here. I have pre approval from my insurance for remicade or humira, so I am thinking that is where we go. But I am concerned that this is another obstruction. The last one I had lead to surgery and removel of 16 inches.

Will remicade or humira calm all that down? Or will it just calm a flare? I am hoping I can start rem or humira right away and it will work. Will the obstruction go away or lessen if the imflamtion gets calmed down?

It has been so many years since I was this sick. I got complete remission from my last surgery 10 years ago and only had mild symptoms for the past 5 years until this past February.
