Bruising

Hi,

I have been noticing in the last week dark black bruises just popping up in weird places on my body with no injury having happened, I am taking pred. and have been on Imuron for 3 weeks, is this a side effect I should be worrying about our is this something that happens with the Crohns. I am very anemic and taking Iron and other vitamins. This is kind of freaking me out.

Please call your doctor ASAP. Bruising while on Imuran needs to be checked out by your physician. They will probably send you for bloodwork today.

I have bruising too : started a few years ago but I never mentioned it to a doc...
all on my legs ??

Hey Lamb ... I am having blood work 2-3 times a month ... do you have any idea what it might be connected with ?

hI monkeychic,

I had to come off imuran because of bruising. I actually tried it 3 times and each time the bruising appeared. Just like you said not sore to touch. You need to get this checked out.
