Can you have crohn's in your bladder?

Lately I have had to urinate more frequently.  That in itself is anoying at first I thought it was because I was keeping myself on an all most all liquid diet.  But now I am back to eating as regularly as someone like us can and I still urinate a lot throughout the day.  Then in the past week one minute I don't have to go at all the next I'm practically peeing my pants.

Is this normal with crohn's or do I now have some other wierd thing going on.  Any advice would be great.

I have had frequent urination, and a lot of pressure as well,sometimes it hurts when my bladder is filling up, like it burns, but they say i do not have a uti, however, if you have fibromyalgia, it could be from that, as it is suppose to be one of the symptoms, i have fibro....., and a lot of urinating, or feeling like i have to go all the time, never emptying enough, and burning, a bit, when its feeling up, just before it leaves the urethra to go into the toilet

it sucks, im going to talk to my doc about this and some other things that have been occuring,

thanks for your input, and i did look up interstitial cystitis, and it sure sounds like that is what i may have, do you know if its common with people who have crohns, rather than just people who have fibromyalgia and ibs?

Ya, I think a fistula into the bladder could technically be considered CD in the bladder so to speak...otherwise no, no CD inflammation in the bladder happens from my understanding...

I've become a frequent pee'r too, some days are worse than others, I just figured with all these yrs of having to poop (and pee generally happens with poop) that my bladder is now affected that way because it's just used to emptying from having such frequency from pooping all the time over the yrs.
