I just had a coworker tell me I should do a colon cleanse.

BTW-she knows another person with Crohn's so she knows about the disease. Some people!!!

You know, healthy folks have no idea what we go through. I'm sure she meant well. Like a colon cleanse is going to heal our crohn's. Tell her everyday is a colon cleanse. LOL

I know, she says "It's so good for your body". Yes, please let me take a laxative-I think that is exactly what I need.

The way I got my most sick was to have a High Colonic. Not recommeded for any of us, causes much distress on our systems.
