I was taking liquid multi vitamins and herbals, but something made my blood sugar crash for an entire week. It got to the point I was seeing the same EMTs, so I stop taking herbals vitamins. However, I do eat a lot of fruits, certain veggies and some starch, except rice and corn. I take stool softener weekly. Sometimes I may forget, mainly because by time the work week is over, I am too tired to think about
it. To help with my memory use my PDA with an alarm and I use sticky notes that I put in my bra. Don't laugh, every little bit helps.
