yes crazy harry I agree but how cod get the omega threes is in part the seaweed they ingest. Part of the problem is you need pacific cod over atlantic, and besides I think atlantic cod have a more muddy taste then pacific cod (just my personal experience). But fish is not my fav meal. However I do want to say that pregant women should be cautious with about
any fish or fish oil during pregancy.
You can get omega three from nuts or flax seed oil too.
Check the levels of DHA and EPA that are in your oil and make sure it is certified mercury/heavy metal (toxin) free.
BTW seaweed really should be fresh. (Korean or Japan seaweed is rumored to be healthier for you, but I have no research on that)
