Hope this finds you and the children well. When I added foods after following the SCD for 2years, I never could deal well with adding back refined sugars. I love the Fage as a dip with fruit as well. My grandchildren love this too, and their Mom (my Daughter) wonders why they love that sour stuff. I eat the crackers that Lmills mentioned, with some cream cheese and fruit, or the almond ones with Fage or cream cheese and some savory something like chives or chipotle. This would be a great reward with 1 (ONE) glass of wine after a meal when you meet your goals for a few days. The crohn's resources on the right side of the page has info about
the SCD, a refined sugar and starch free way of life that has many food ideas. You can add in the things that you eat that are not used by the SCDers.
