Hey everyone,
I am a newbie to this forum - actually stumbled upon it by accident. I have a question about diets.
I am currently at least 30 pounds over weight and I am trying to find a balance on how to eat properly. I would love to lose the weight in a natural way (no supplements) but I have tried weight watchers with some sucess only to gain some of it back.
I have read so many conflicting reports on what to eat that I am just eating what I want which is not good. Plus, I have a kosher lifestyle which makes some food choices difficult at times.
Hope my rant wasn't too confusing.
