Well lymphocytes are what attack and kill germs, neutrophils are what fight off bacterial infection. I would say that the neutrophils could be lowered by medication, however since Pentasa doesn't affect your immune system, it must be something else. I don't even remember ever hearing anything about
either of the 2 from my doctors (I never get copies of my bloodwork, so I can't compare), but it sounds like you could have some sort of infection, and it's possible it's from the Crohn's. I could be wrong though, I just looked this up quickly for you. It could mean a lot of things, but if you are concerned, you should really try to get into the doctor sooner. If it was something like leukemia though, I think they would have pushed your appointment up once they saw your test results, so I don't think you have to worry there. :)
If you had internal bleeding/anemia, your hgb would be low, so that isn't the problem.

By the way, were you getting over a cold or anything by any chance when you had the blood test done? If so, it could explain the results.
