Thank You, Nanners. I really can't have any cheese of any sort. It all send me straight to the bathroom. Bananas used to bind me up and I finally stopped them. I loved them, too. Love apples but am afraid of any fruit. I will look up the low residue diet. You have been quite helpful. Thanks. I have been having 2 pieces of cinamon bread for breakfast and a chicken sandwich for lunch with some baked chips. Then for supper I usually have a big meal. Chicken (usually, potatoes and cooked carrots mostly. I can have green beans but thats it. Cooked carrots or cooked green beans, thats it. Oh and I forgot my zinger that I usually have after supper. Its like a twinkie. I call it my reward. I think these "rewards" are what sock the pounds on me. That and my wintergreen mints.
