So all of us here struggle with eating one way or another, well I recommend something kinda cool
next time when you eat something you really like - try eating it with your eyes closed and eat it slowly, like really TASTE the food.
It's almost theraputic!
The other day I had a salad for lunch at home. One of my favorites!
With almonds, walnuts, poppy seeds, cheese, sunflower seeds, pumkin seeds [crushed the seeds and nuts really well]
[i go crazie over nuts and seeds! ] topped with raspberry vinageratte dressing.
YUM YUM.
And I kinda new that my gutz would get angry with me a bit, BUT, I went ahead and indulged anyhow and ate my salad
eyes closed and slowy tasted every bite of it and throughly enjoyed it to the MAX.
It was worth it! Even though I had to visit Mr. Toilet 5 times extra that nite.
There are so many GOOD healthy foods that make me run to the toilet.
Sometimes we have no choice but to give in to our cravings!
