Liver enzymes

I am on humira and 6mp and I have recently been noticing I have alot of brown spots on my skin, especially one on my back it get bigger everytime I look at it. So I went for a blood tests and my liver enzymes are high , the doctor wants to wait a month to see what happens if it goes down or not , but it just gets worse so I don't know what to do . Anyone else have this problem

I couldn't take 6mp due to it causing high liver enzymes. So your not the only one .H ow long have you been on humira and 6mp?

My liver enzymes have been high on and off for years.  We ended up stopping 6mp because they were so high and it wasn't helping anyway (not at a therapeutic level).  I've had an MRCP, ERCP and liver biopsy and they all showed inflammation in the bile ducts.  They've stayed pretty low in the last year or so except for when I was on methotrexate, so I had to stop it also.  So no, you aren't alone. 

Thanx for the feedback I went to the doctors today and he took another blood test so after that let see what he sais becuase he said he only treats about 30 patients with crohns disease and he was gonna call an expert , I said ok but still he should be more educated. And my enzymes were at 138!! regular level is 0-50 . I thought was a little alarming he said no.
