Has anyone tried Fybogel? Is it normal to feel worse before feeling better and how long did this take for you?

No, psyllium husk never made me feel worse, it just acts like a slow acting, mild laxative. It usually takes a lot of it to do me any good and it takes a while. If you're feeling worse then you may not have taken enough of it yet or you may be bloating or something which doesn't happen to me when I take it.
