plain kefir is really good as well, henry's or whole foods, plain with no sugar is the healthiest way to go. I eat plain yogurt, and I dice up dill and squeeze a little lemon in and really is good, lot's of goodness. i asimilate food better than pills. 9ft small intestinecut out, so my gi suggested food versus vitimans, viti. go right thru me, so I don't get alot out of them. that's why I eat so much papaya's and digesive enzyme type fruit,i.e. kiwi, pineapple's.
