Entocort for left side Crohn's?

I have mostly left side Crohn's and started Entocort today..  Has anyone found this medication helpful for left side CD?  I started to feel quite a bit better about an hour after the first dose.  I don't think it is phsycological as I did not expect that result.  Could be just the old prednisone energy boost but....

Has entocort helped your left sided CD?

Thanks I read that it is for ascending colon but i just wonder if it has helped any in the descending colon

I thought Entocort was going to be the cure-all. My Crohn's is left-sided and it didn't work for me. Tapering off, and I think I'm experiencing headaches from it. I also used Humira and it stopped working in August. I'm on azothaprine, asacol 3 pills 3 times a day and sulfasalizine. Nothing is working. I used to take Remicade and I only took it because I had a fistula but no active disease and it didn't close the fistula--I had rectal flap advancement which was a miricale. So I don't know if the Remicade will work. Anyone have similar experience/advice? I refuse to take prednisone because of all the side effects even though it was the only drug that seamed to work. I have a 4 cm stricture on the left side. Sometimes I'm constipated, sometimes, diarreah and a lot of gas.
