I'm gonna be really honest....NO. I am so stubborn and I know the things I should do, but I don't always do them. I shouldn't have caffiene, but drink diet coke and coffee daily, shouldn't smoke but I do, should exercise more, don't, should eat better...I could go on and on.
I will say though, that I haven't noticed feeling any better or worse with or without alcohol. I don't drink a lot, maybe a couple drinks in a week, and I don't feel worse the next day.
