Tummy Question ?

This morning I was doing some research in the parish records room near home and needed to reach something in the middle of the table. Instead of getting up I just leaned into the table a bit to extend my grasp. In doing so I put pressure on my belly just above the navel. Not much mind you , but Had I not been sitting down I am sure my knees would have buckled from a pain in the middle of my gut and may well have fallen on the floor. Never felt this pain in the place where the table pressed before. I had to sit awhile before I could stop hurting. Anyone else have pain if they press on their belly ? I'm a bit comfused by this as I am not doing bad otherwise..

That pain sounds pretty sore and totally unexpected, maybe you stretched something? Sometimes i am sore if i press just in my right iliac fossa, i think that is where my anastamosis is. ( i had colectomy with j pouch) when they do white cell test they always say there is inflammation there, so i guess thats what it is. Could yours be the same?

When was the last time you had a scope done?  You could be feeling fine, but the reality of the situation may be different..as you probably know.  It sounds like you might have some major inflammation going on..just no symptoms.
