Stomach pain that feels like a charley horse

Has anyone ever had stomach pain that feels like a charley horse.  I took a drink first thing this morning and as soon as it went down felt this pain right under my ribs in my stomach cramp up like a charley horse it hurt so bad and my stomach has been hurting all day.  Plus my stomach is hard constipated, sucks.  I’ve taken miralax for the last couple of days and nothing.  I’m not sure if that could have caused pain or what any ideas

Hmmm, have you been eating horse meat or Charley Tuna ? You did not say if the drink was cold but I have had the same type pain from cold water at times. I have strictures in my esophagus and from time to time the doc has to insert a balloon type whatsit and stretch them so I can swallow. When the are bad, cold water is the first to give me pain.

Can't add anything to the cramp problem, but with the constipation, I suffer that too. I use stool softners daily in order to keep things softer and easier to pass. Hope that helps.

thanks for the comments, I take mirilax almost daily and that isnt even working Im so bloated, uggg.  sniper it was a cold drink, I dnt know what it is but I've had pain there off and on since I was a kid.  Hopefully the GI will be able to figure something out.
