blockage,obstruction?

Hi again wanting advice Iv been suffering with an anul,vag fistular witch is ruening my life as soon as i eat wind and bloting starts and if i hold it in just comes out the other exsit i dont go anywere exsept wrk also been sick latley dont know if its a blockage or build up of wind that makes me throwup like i need to eat hunger pains feeling then i eat and feels better for abit then i get pain inbetween ribs i lie down sit up massage but still b sick and takes days to get over it .Iv had 7ft sml b no gaulbladder,On pred 10m imurran 50m b12,tramadol 100m any advice should i get a ostomy bag can i when its all in sml bowel (sorry about my spelling) x

It might be bacterial overgrowth. That's worth checking out. For all you are going thru you certainly seem to be undermedicated. What is being done to treat the anal/vaginal fistula? Have you considered or discussed Remicade w/your gastro for that fistula? I weigh 115 lbs and I'm on 75 mg of Imuran Sat, Sun, Tue and Thur and 100 mg on Mon, Wed and Fri. Plus 4 g of Pentasa a day - and that is just for remission maintenance NOT treatment of active disease.
