could this be Crohns related???

started feeling really tired and weak with some left breast discomfort....this was last weds. thurs no better friday night started having gas with the same tired weak feeling also having flutters in upper right abdomen yesterday (Sat) started having cramping feeling in pelvic area wirh a feeling of fullness and indigestion back ache also I have crohns and IBS so it could be that just havent felt this bad in along time had surgery in Jan 08 Right hemi colectomy bloodwork came back normal last week so not really sure what I'm experincing????

This happens to me when I'm PMSing every few months or so. A week (sometimes 2) before my period, I get symptoms of a flare...fatigue, increased gurgling noises, some D, cramping and horrible mood swings. I usually think I'm flaring and then about 2 weeks later, BAM get my period and the Crohn's goes back to normal. I had this even when I had an extended period of remission, so I'm not sure what it is.

I always attribute it to my Crohn's. Both GIs I've seen in the past have said that it couldn't be the Crohn's. But it might be...

I find most GIs who say it can't be related are men!
