green lentils are cheap and and a good source of iron, i find them easy to digest and they make a lovely dahl which is one of the only things i can manage to eat amongst a severe flare (veeerry forfilling and tastey :). certain spices like cinnamon, turmeric, coriander, ginger and fennel you can add to dahl can also be benificial for the digestion system but be careful not to add to much as it can then do to much of the job if you no what i mean :). note= when uing turmeric if using fresh make sure its bright orange as it the chemical in the pigment which will help medicinally.

dxd 2010 with chrons had illness three years bfor dxd
pentasa didnt work, chrones in ileum and small inrestine
now on beudenofalk only been on them for 2 weeks still waiting for effects
