Seeing surgeon - what should I be asking ?

Have tried Methotrexate, Remicade, still on steriods and not much better due to strictures.  Seeing surgeon in a couple of days and need to know what I should be asking.  Part of me is worried about the failure of resection and the Crohns returning fast but part  of me is scared he will not want to operate and where will I go from there.  I could have strictureplasty but that would leave the diseased bowel to carry on doing its worst.  Any advise would be welcome.   

just to let you know I had surgically induced remission, twice, ea time lasted about 12 years ea. time. depends on your individual situation, mine was small bowel up high in my small b. so no lap. surgery only super invasive type for me. now i don't want any surgery I only have 20feet of small bowel left, my dr is hopeing that we can use just med's, so I'm ofk with that because I've had 4 surgeries, and like i said mine are (surgeries) really invasive, and physically very demanding when you have those type of surgeries. mine was obstruction that could have been deadly,i had no choice.
