Clearly a fistula! I hope you will call your GI in the morning.

I have a fistula that tracks to my vagina also. I usually only pass air (gas) thru it, but have passed feces while trying to hold a BM long enough to get to a bathroom. Call your Dr and tell them what you have told us. They have never found mine, and since I rarely have trouble, I'm not too worried, but it is better to get it checked. Good luck to you!

I have never had any warning signs that it was coming on. One day I was out at a store, felt the 'urgency' to go, and was trying to cross my legs, breathe deep, etc, and hope the urgency passed long enough for me to get to the bathroom. All of a sudden I felt a sharp pain in the vaginal area and felt the feces come out. I got to the bathroom and cleaned up as best as I could. The first time it happened was about 14 years ago. I told both my GI and my Gyno, neither could find it and I know they thought I was making it up or had an accident and just thought it came out of my vagina. I KNEW I wasn't imagining it! I pretty much let it go and didn't bring it up again because as I said, I rarely pass feces through it, only gas. My GI and Gyno now both know about it, but as I said, have never been able to find it. I don't have any pain or drainage with it so it doesn't bother me. The anal fistula I have bothers me a lot more, but I think that is because when I wipe, I have no choice but to wipe that also, so it becomes irritated a lot more.
