Try sticking to a liquid diet for a couple of days; broth, jello, coffee, tea, water, powerade, etc. It will help give your bowels a rest because no food will be moving thru them. Should help with lessening the pain, but maybe not if you are having spasms. Can you tolerate dairy? If so, you can add cream soups, ice cream, milk shakes, etc. Have you tried Ensure? It is a meal replacement drink which will make sure you are getting the nutrients and calories. Canker sores can be a sign of crohn's also, I used to get them when I was younger, but haven't had any in a long time. All the symptoms you are describing SOUND like it could be crohn's, BUT, we are not doctors. You need to get in to see one ASAP or go to the emergency room. If you are experiencing all these symptoms right now, it sounds like you are flaring, but again, only a doctor can diagnose you.
I was diagnosed pretty young, but I know a lot of people here have struggled with finally getting the diagnosis of crohn's, going to dr after dr, test after test, only to be told that it wasn't crohn's. As grumpygi said above, only you can take care of you. You have to be your own best advocate. Good luck to you!
