I was wondering if it's just me, or it's true that when we are under a lot of stress our symptoms go wild... Let me give you an example. Last night I was in so much pain, you know the feeling like you want to use the bathroom and nothing comes out, sharp pains etc... I was so stressed all weekend about
many things, anyway I decided to visit my sister just to get out of the house. So I went to her house, we listened to some nice music, lit up some candles, and discussed various (non-Crohns) things, like our marriages, our kids, we laughed, we hugged, we did some joga (she is a joga teacher). When I left two hours later, I felt so much better, not 100%, but a lot better. Is it just a coinsidence, or do our guts really connect with our minds and when we stress they tend to have spasms? That's what my sister believes anyway, that our mind is the most powerful part of our body, and it can affect all the other parts....
