Lactose Test

I went for my lactose test today, it was the breath test. The CMA that did the test said the doctor would probably get back to me in a week. My baseline numbers were Hydrogen 4 and methane 1. My methane number never rose. My other numbers for Hydrogen were as follows 30 min into the test 5
1 hr into the test 25
1.5 hrs into the test 29
2 hours into the test 49
2.5 hours into the test 54
3 hours into the test I didnt get the number

What I read stated that the Hydrogen has to " If the level of hydrogen rises above 20 ppm (parts per million) over the lowest preceding value within the test period, the patient is typically diagnosed as a lactose malabsorber." according to wikipedia

so based on this mine went 20 points above (and it said if it rises ABOVE 20ppm)so does that mean it is a lactose issue?

Looks like it might be positive for lactose intolerance. What does your doc say?

I was tested for all allergies about 6 months before my surgeries. They tested for airborne food ...even things as crazy as semen allergies. I knew prior to that I was allergic to pollen, specific animal gander and dust and mold. The only new addition to true food allergies was peanuts. I do also have oral allergy syndrome but thinking back I was attributing pain to red meat over cheese but when I eat them separately I have no pain with meat in comparison. The pain when tested for food allergies was around then too just not as severe. I today am still on severe pain from yesterday
