Has anyone experienced blood in the urine coinciding with Crohn's? My husband is on Remicaide, Colestid, B12, Omeprazole, Vitamin D, lomotil, and a multivitamin. He is being referred to a urologist. Just wondering if anyone has gone through this. Any feedback is very appreciated!!!!!

I have blood and protein in my urine most of the time. Sometimes it's down to kidney stones, the rest of the time
they really don't know yet. But I have other diseases that may affect my kidneys. I don't know if this helps. I hope
your husband gets answers soon!!

Anytime I have a urine sample they say I have traces of blood in it. Its never been around the time of my period either. Have never been told to see another Dr or that I have a problem. I'd be curious to see what your husband Dr says would be good to know.

andrealeigh, were you asking me what my other diseases were? If you were, they are chronic pancreatitis
and lupus, but can indirectly affect the kidneys!

May I ask about his pancreatitis? Because my husband has intermittent nausea that gets pretty bad and that can be a sign of pancreatitis... How was his diagnosed?

I have had Crohn's disease, I have been diagnosed with it two summers ago. I have recently developed a little blood in my urine and a little cramps. But it comes and goes.. I'm getting it checked out in a couple of weeks! So I will keep you all posted. :)

I have had trace amounts of blood in my urine since my first urine test when I was around the age of 17. I've had numerous tests done on my kidneys and apparently they are fine. But I always have trace blood in my urine. I just hope I continue to be fine!
