I know having this , everyones diet is different. What foods are you able to eat, and what can you not eat?
Myself, no red meat,(not missing that to much) no pork( mmm bacon , how i miss you and turkey bacon just isn't the same)
no dairy(missing the egg nog,since they still haven't brought out the soy nog yet!)
Does your family feel guilty when they eat these foods infront of you? I honesty could care less if they do. Once in awhile i'll pout,but more often then not i don't mind. My 8 year old needs these foods to grow, and my hubby needs some of that too!!)
I am ok with chicken( if i am not having a major flare up which i am just coming out of now) fish, salad,sometimes potatoes. I am afraid to try new things as i don't want to be in pain.
So what can you eat, and not eat?
