Yes, I had this diagnosis. But unfortunately it was almost too late. My PCP kept ignoring my complaints. When I finally went to the ER I had to have emergency surgery. 80% of my colon was necrotic. the endometriosis had strangled my colon and also attached to other organs. I had to have many, many surgeries over 3 years. I went through all kinds of complications and now have an ostomy. I went through alot of pain which I feel could have been avoided if my complaints hadn't been ignored. So, if you know you have this condition my advise would be to fight for tests to avoid the horror that I went through. I hope that this info can help someone else avoid complications.
