Im your same age/same situation with it being my last semester too. Unfortunately fatigue is a symptom of inflammation. I try to just listen to my body as much as possible, if I'm tired I'll nap, and if I have a day where I have a lot of energy I'll try and take advantage and do something like go skiing. Sometimes it really is a struggle to get to class for 8am and sit through and pay attention, I totally feel where you're coming from and it's tough to deal with. After class a lot of the time I go home and just collapse on my bed and relax the rest of the day. You might want to make sure you're not anemic, because that can cause fatigue as well but can be corrected using iron supplements. I also just started taking a multivitamin in hopes that it will give me a bit more energy, you might want to consider that if you arent already taking one.
