Hello Everyone, I haven't been on in a while because of a lot of things going on in my life (starting Remicaid, moving, starting to be able to go out because am feeling a lot better, etc...). I started Remicaid in October (I believe) and did my loading doses. My last loading dose was almost 2 months ago and I go back Feb. 25th. I have started to feel SO much better and have actually been able to go out and handle my buisness as far as food shopping, kids school functions, etc... . I have even gained a very good amout of weight. When I found out I had Crohns I was about
154 lbs. and I went all the way down to 104 lbs.. I was 104 lbs. when I got my first remicaid infusion and when we first moved into our new apartment in November. I am now 132lbs and am very happy
. I also am trying to stop smoking and have cut down a LOT, some days I don't smoke and when I do I try to not smoke more then 3 a day (I'm trying).
Anyway, Everytime I go get my infusion the nurse ALWAYS says to make sure I don't get pregnant because she won't be able to give me my infusions anymore. There wasn't a sign up the first two times I went but I noticed one on the 3rd time. I have noticed everytime I am there I am the youngest one and I think the only one with Crohns (I am 38). My husband and I have not planned on having anymore kids at all and actually talked to a doctor that takes me hubands insurance so he can get a vasectomy (sorry if spelt wrong). He had an appointment last friday but our 5 year old ended up in the hospital at 4 a.m. because of an asthma attack. There has been a lot going on and plus with me feeling better we are out more and I didn't realize I was over a week late. about 4-5 days ago I took a pregnancy test and it said negative 
. My husband said maybe because of the weight gain it knocked me off schedule and I thought the same. I kept/keep feeling little cramps off and on but nothing has came down yet (sorry for to much info). I have been feeling some signs of pregancy but I also have the same ones when my period is coming.
I woke up a few times last night having to urinate and early this morning I sent my husband to the store to get another test. I took the test and it showed a very faint line in the window that shows if your pregnant. I was in shock, started crying and shaking. I called the company and asked what their opinion is because the line is so faint and her opinion was that it sounds like a positive result and the test is 99% accurated and see a doctor. There was another test in the box and I took it about a hour and a half after the first one and, again, another very faint line (they both showed results in about a minute but it's so faint). I am waiting for my kids to get hom from school so I can go to the hospital and get a blood test done to know for sure.
My concerns if I am pregenant is: !. The Remicaid, will/can it hurt the baby? I also take xanax daily for really bad anxiety and panic attacks and had to take them with my last two children who turned out very healthy despite what the doctors said. My worry is both these medications combined during a pregancy.
2. My second worry is that the nurse in the infusion room has made it very clear that they will NOT give the infusion to anyone who is pregnant but before starting the medication I spoke with the GI doctor before I started it (just in case) and she said it is safe so I don't know and I am very worried because this is the best I have felt in 4 years (especially the last 2).
3. My other worry (and my husbands) is my health. My iron has been very low the last couple of years and I had to have potassium via IV a few times (before starting remicaid). I don't know what my levels are now and I am not on any vitamins. We are worried if the blood test does show I am pregnant my health is going to go down hill again

4. Oh and my age combined with all the health issues
I am so freaked out right now that I can't think straight. I am sure I have more questions but I can't even think right now.
