Hey Guys,

I'm Ben, decided to introduce myself to the community.

Around 5 years ago I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, i'm thinking it's a hereditary thing :(. At times the symptoms are unbearable, but what can you do? That's why these forums exist right?

Tried lots of things, diet, prescriptions, over-the-counter pills, all to varying degrees of success and failure. Now I'm using AMP - supplements, which are working out very well.

Looking forward to learning from others!

welcome! Glad to hear that things are going well for you. I agree it is a hereditary thing. It runs in my family. 2 with crohn's, 2 with Ulcerative Colitis and many with IBS! You just got to keep on fighting it. Don't lat it get you down.
