Has anyone used Sucralfate tabs for Crohns in the small intestines??

I have been noticing by taking Sucralfate when i get stomach pain, it seems to go away. The only thing that worked was prednisone to keep the pain away. Has anyone else used this for Crohns? I have Crohns throughout the small intestines.

I haven't heard of that crohn's drug either. Is it for pain or for the CD inflamation?

I was given this before but to help foods digest properly. I didn't stay on it long, because it upset my gut. Hugs!

I have Lymphocytic Colitis. Taking Sucralfate for stomach. I have not had diarrhea since taking it. Was running to the bathroom 10-20 times a day with watery diarrhea prior to starting this.
