Help!!

I really need some advice. I have had two resections with the last one being over a year ago. Recently, I have had explosive diarrhea, pain, and dehydration which feels like a crohns flare. At the hospital they did a CT and said it wasn't my crohns but my CRP was elevated. I just don't understand. Anytime I eat, I have diarrhea and if I don't eat bland the pain is so bad. Has xrays missed inflammation or crohns on any or your crohns events? I have only had 13 inches or so removed so it wouldn't be short bowel syndrome (I don't think). My MD increased my Humira dosing but this hasn't done anything at all about my symptoms. Plus I am so bloated all the time and somewhat gassey. Please help.. Weak, tired, in pain and getting depressed because MD not giving me any answers.

I am also very fatigue and just don't feel good like you do with a flare. Did you feel this way with the overgrowth? I will start a probiotic and talk to my doctor. Today I still feel bad. I can't eat hardly anything without hurting, diarrhea, some heartburn, gas and bloatness are still here. I should be losing all kinds of weight but for some reason I am remaining about the same. I feel like I am getting dehyrated again. i am so angry at this disease as most of you are. It has stripped me of my life that I once had. Nanners thank you for your reply and advice.

Thank you asc58, the hospital did perform a c diff test on my stool. It came out negative along with some other stool tests. My D does smell terrible after I go and I am burping up an awful taste that I have never had before. I have had cdiff before and my stools were green. Do you mean that I might need to be retested again? I am not having very high fevers just low grade too. Thank you for your comment. Hope you are feeling better.
