Hello Jvy...Thanks for all you do for this Healing Well Community. J'm curious about your therapeutic soup. Have you ever shared details of it online? When I am stronger, my main food is a homemade chicken vegetable soup with as many fresh veggies as I can find. Sometimes, that might include a whole free range chicken, couple large leeks, an onion, several large carrots, white potatoes, red potatoes, celery, zuchinni, parsley, garlic, thyme & other seasonings. I've avoided gluten for about 3 years now, so never add noodles, but occasionally add a handful of lentils, rice or split peas.
