Sadly dairy is a no-go for me - but the rest of that sounds delicious. I might send the boyfriend out to source ingredients; honey seems to be pretty soothing for me...
EDIT: Nanners I think you're right. I was diagnosed about
3 years ago and previously in remission I've been able to eat an almost normal diet (though with pretty much no alcohol). It seems like this is just a disease that readjusts itself, and I'm having a hard time coping with the change. What was okay 6 months ago isn't anymore, and that's so hard to deal with.
