anyone ever have this

Sure. I have that all the time. Sometimes I have major diarrhea (always loose and silty); after the major attacks, I spend the rest of the day having frequent trips to the bathroom and passing small amounts of silty poop and bile. It's been going on for years and years. I don't know what causes it--except for "short gut syndrome," as a result of an ileal resection, removal of my ileocaecal valve, and removal of my gallbladder.

I just started with this the other day.  I have been dealing with something for the past month.  I saw my GI on Wednesday and my labs were all normal but I have been having severe pain (more intense than norm) I feel if I had a big BM I would feel better.  If I take the pain meds of course even with my past surgeries it does in fact make me go less.  I am trying to get by on less meds but the pain came back again yesterday and there I was again running in and out but only going small amounts each time but I knew it wasnt just a fart.  so every time except once it was poo not gas.  The pain actually kept me up last night til about 1 and I only took 1 percoset at 6pm last night and earlier in the day the pain was bad enough for me to use one of the 5 dilaudid my GP gave me since the pain increased.

When I used the dilaudid the poo was actually slightly formed instead.  I am just so uncomfortable

I have that almost everyday of late. But...sometimes my first bm of the day will be a little more formed, and then the rest of the day its the silt like stuff. Probably becuz of all the pain meds you are using. I notice when things get a little slower and then afterwards the d hits and its like that.
