First off welcome to the boards. You will find a lot of helpful people here.
I have to ask, what brought you to the hospital in the first place? What were your symptoms? I dont' know how much you know about Crohn's but it is possible to have it with a perfectly normal intestine. The reason for this is that is Crohn's can be anywhere from your mouth to your anus, so you might have it, just not in the intestines...or not in the part of the intestines that the scope sees.
My opinion is that you have or had something. I couldn't even begin to think what it was/is without knowing what you were going through. The one advice that I could give and I know a lot of people on here would agree with....get a second opinion. And if your not happy with that, get a third.
I hope you feel better and get the answers you are looking for. Keep us updated with what is going on.
